Upcoming Events

This 3-week Fermentation Class Series will be an extensive workshop where you will learn how to make your own sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha. Each week, between October 23rd- November 6th, we will meet on Tuesday night at 6:00 pm at Vital Nutrition in Rockford, Michigan. Your ticket will give you access to all 3 classes and all ingredients and materials will be provided for you. The recipes taught in class are the building blocks to creating your own ferments, where you can experiment with your own flavors. Each class will cover one of these topics with hands-on learning, a jar of your creation to take home, and a first look (and taste) of our newest products and recipes.

  • 6 pm - 7:30 pm

  • Join the Bootcamp and attend all 3 classes for $105

  • Hands on Kombucha Demo + Make Your Own
  • Learn How to Make Almond Milk
  • Sample Kombucha and Almond Milk
  • Take Home Recipes for Kombucha and Almond Milk and your Homemade Jar of Kombucha

Week 3

  • Hands on Traditional Kimchi Demo + Make Your Own
  • Learn How to Make Gajar Kanji, an Asian style ferment that is both a fermented drink & vegetable
  • Taste Gajar Kanji and Kimchi
  • Take Home Recipes for Kimchi and Gajar Kanji and your Homemad Jar of Kimchi
