Probiotic Pesto
This delicious plant-based pesto is dairy free, and can be included in all sorts of dishes, served over zoodles or noodles of choice. I also like to put pesto into quinoa and serve it with diced tomato and sunflower seeds on top.
Probiotic Pesto Please!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 cup basil leaves
- ½ cup Carry Me Away kraut
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor, scraping down sides when needed, until fully blended! And….PESTO!
