Korean BBQ Pork & Kimchi Slaw
Ingredients for Korean BBQ Pork
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (Tamari for GF option)
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- Black Pepper, to taste
Ingredients for Kimchi Slaw
- 1 Cup Root for Ginger Kimchi
- 1 Cup Cabbage, chopped
Directions
- Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, honey, turmeric, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper together
- Marinade pork for at least 20 minutes
- Bake pork at 350 °F for about 7-10 minutes, until the porks internal temperature is at 145 °F
- While waiting for the pork to cook, mix together the chopped cabbage and kimchi to create a slaw
- Serve pork on a bed of rice with the kimchi slaw on top
