Hot White Chocolate with Blue Peppermint Whipped Cream
Hot White Chocolate
Ingredients
- 16 oz milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp cacao butter, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp collagen powder (optional)
- 1½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a small pot over medium heat, add the milk and coconut sugar and whisk together
- Heat until warm and drinkable but not boiling
- Add the warm milk and sugar to a high-speed blender with the rest of the ingredients
- Blend on high for 30 seconds to incorporate
Blue Peppermint Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
- 4 drops peppermint oil (food grade)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl
- Using a stand- or hand-mixer, beat the ingredients until stiff peaks form
- Spoon it on top of your favorite hot beverage for a creamy, blue minty touch!
