Hot White Chocolate with Blue Peppermint Whipped Cream

Hot White Chocolate

  • 16 oz milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cacao butter, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp collagen powder (optional)
  • 1½ tsp vanilla


  1. In a small pot over medium heat, add the milk and coconut sugar and whisk together
  2. Heat until warm and drinkable but not boiling
  3. Add the warm milk and sugar to a high-speed blender with the rest of the ingredients
  4. Blend on high for 30 seconds to incorporate

Blue Peppermint Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
  • 4 drops peppermint oil (food grade)


  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl
  2. Using a stand- or hand-mixer, beat the ingredients until stiff peaks form
  3. Spoon it on top of your favorite hot beverage for a creamy, blue minty touch!
