Curryosity Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Curryosity kraut
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp filtered water
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until creamy
- Garnish with some red pepper flakes or cracked pepper
- Keep in the refrigerator for use up to 2 weeks
