Curryosity Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Curryosity kraut
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp filtered water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp salt

 

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until creamy
  2. Garnish with some red pepper flakes or cracked pepper
  3. Keep in the refrigerator for use up to 2 weeks
