Curryosity 7-Layer Dip

This version of 7-Layer Dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next holiday party! Made with homemade Curryosity hummus, Greek yogurt, and lots of veggies - it's the perfect dish to share with everyone!


Curryosity 7-Layer Dip

Ingredients (for dip)

  • Homemade Curryosity Hummus (recipe below)
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup Green Olives, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Your choice of chips or veggies for dipping

Ingredients (for hummus)

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Curryosity Kraut
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions (for hummus)

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or high-speed blender.

Directions (for dip)

  1. Spread hummus in a smooth layer on the bottom of an 8x8 dish. Add Greek yogurt on top of hummus layer and gently spread for a new layer.
  2. Top with tomato, cucumber, goat cheese, and olives. Sprinkle chopped cilantro. 
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
